Hiring Family

If you are an Entrepreneur you have to be on top of everything and that means that you have no time to take the easy road.  Such is with hiring family and it is as hard as starting your business and  getting it to work without any problems.  When you hire a stranger they don't know you so they get to the point of the job that you hired then for.  When you hire family sometimes you get "You can go easy on me and I am supposed to be paid more because I am family".  Don't fall for this as it is just a line for no hard work and a huge payout.  I am not saying that it is like that in all families that work together but some yes.  What you have to consider and do is be a straight forward and hardcore boss.  It's okay to give a little but if you give to much then the business fails and you and your family will have nothing in the end.  It's not always pleasant but it's effective so make sure you are ready to handle everything.
